Stuff that I never expected of doing

Tuesday we learned more about cow and pig and their productions. It was a much longer day but each day gets more interesting. We were able to go into all different labs to and get hands on with different kinds of meat to check the tenderness and moisture. I had no idea what I was doing but it definitely was an eye opener on what meat to choose when you are at the market and as well how it it supposed to look like. That evening we met with professors to have a beer and amazing polish food. We also had the chance to look at different churches on the way and the amazing places in Bydgoszcz.
